Today I had my mission farwell. it went pretty good. We had over 100 people come. it was nice to see all my family and friends. Everyone was excited for me. Its coming up on wensday.

Sky diving

Today was a fun day. I went sky diving with my friends. Yeah you heard me sky diving 4 days before I leave on my mission. It was raining so we had to wait about 2 1/2 hours to dive. once we had the chance they said lets do it. once we jumped out of the plane, we caught rain drops and it hurt so bad on our faces. It felt like pins stabbing me in the face. It was a blast though. If you haven't gone before I would suggest it. It was also Quinn and Colby's Birthday today. What a day.

Temple Day

Today was very special. My friends Jake Saunders, Quinn and Colby Jensen and my mom and sister, got to attend the SLC temple. It was amazing. We then after went to the Lions House resturant and ate lunch. After we got home, Me and Jake got to go with some deacons in the ward and we performed baptizims for the dead in the Ogden Temple. It was so cool and it gave us good practice for our missions.

Trip to Logan

Last night I took a trip up to Logan to go through the temple and to hang out with Kara Taylor and Emilee Cooke who goes to school at Utah State University. It was so much fun seeing them. Kara left to go home for the weekend so Emilee called some people that I would know to hang out with us. It was a blast. I didn't get home until 4:00 am today. Thats how much fun we had. We went to the USU LDS institute and watched cartoons and ate cereal.

Today I was able to attend my cousin's wedding day. Me and Kayla had some good times when were little. I am so happy for her and her now husband Nick.

Do I even have to say it??? I guess I was lucky tonight. Too bad I'm leaving on my mission in 15 days. :) The funny thing is, is that I just stood there and it flew to me.

Temple day

Today my friends Quinn and Colby Jensen got their endowments taken out at the Ogden temple. I was thrilled when they asked me to come. It was an awesome day for them. I remember when I got mine taken out. It was a little scary.

camping

I went camping this weekend to Willard bay and it rained on us. The wind gusts picked up to 55 mph on Sunday. It was fine until Saturday and Sunday night into this morning. This was my last vacation until I get back from my mission.

27 days and counting...

"TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK". I am now getting nervous and excited at the same time. my mom is going crazy because I'm leaving so soon. I'm almost done with my shopping. I just need to get a few things and then I'm ready to. My farewell is on the 21 of September so I'm getting things together for that.
